Where are my tickets?
Right after you pay we email your tickets, each with its own QR code. If you were logged in, they're also under My tickets. Bought as a guest? Use Find my tickets and we'll email you links to all your orders.
How do I get in?
Show the QR code from your email or My tickets at the door. Each code works once.
I didn't get the email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on the show. Each show page lists its refund policy under “Good to know”. If a show is cancelled, you'll be refunded.
Your account
Do I need an account to buy tickets?
No. You can check out as a guest. With an account your tickets and saved shows are all in one place.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I change my email or phone?
Go to Profile.
Organizers
How do I sell tickets to my show?
Sign up on Create shows. Our team reviews organizer accounts and gets in touch to set you up.
